Category C Panels at a Special Price

At PANEX, you can purchase new, unused Category C sandwich panels at a special price — starting from GEL 22.
This category includes panels with visual or technical defects that may occur during the start-up or shutdown of the production line, when switching to a different panel thickness, metal type or profiling, as well as during transportation.
These panels can significantly reduce construction costs. They are particularly suitable for projects where the appearance of the structure is not a primary consideration, as well as for applications where the sandwich panels will subsequently be covered with other finishing materials.
Depending on the nature and severity of the defects, Category C panels are divided into two groups — C+ and C−.

Category C+ Panels

Category C+ panels may have minor visual defects, including:

• surface scratches
• minor damage to the paint coating
• partially detached protective film
• foam slightly protruding along the edges
• minor deformation of the interlocking joints

As a rule, such defects do not have a significant impact on the thermal insulation or functional performance of the panels. Category C+ products are available with a 30% discount.

Category C− Panels

Category C− panels may have more noticeable visual or technical deviations, including:

• geometric irregularities
• insufficient foam filling
• profiling transitions
• weakened adhesion between the metal skin and the core material
• holes or tears in the metal sheet
• traces of metal joining or stitching
• deformation of the interlocking joints

The suitability of these panels is determined based on the intended use of the facility, operating conditions and the technical requirements of the specific project. Category C− panels are available with a 50% discount.
All Category C panels have already been manufactured and are available at the PANEX warehouse. Once payment has been made, the order can be collected on the same day or delivered directly to the construction site. Transportation can be arranged promptly whenever required.
Panels are available in a variety of thicknesses, lengths and colours. Please note that the dimensions, shades and other specifications of Category C products can only be selected from the current warehouse stock.
