Isothermal doors
Product description
Isothermal doors are an essential component of freezer and refrigerator rooms. Its primary function is to provide thermal insulation for the entrance, ensuring the temperature is maintained without excessive energy consumption.
Panex offers two types of polyurethane isothermal refrigerator doors: plus and minus. The plus door is designed for standard refrigerators, while the minus door is for freezers. Unlike a regular door, the minus door features a frame heating function that prevents ice buildup around the opening, making it easier to open.
At Panex, we manufacture both sliding and hinged isothermal doors. The hinged door is a classic option, ideal for smaller openings. Sliding doors are used when temperature control and space-saving are priorities, as they require minimal space in the work area.
In addition to refrigerator doors, Panex also produces wall and roof sandwich panels, silicone curtains, and various accessories.
Technical characteristics
Advantages
High Tightness
The main advantage of isothermal doors is their tightness. This ensures that the desired temperature is consistently maintained in refrigerators and freezers. This high level of sealing also helps reduce energy consumption.
High Quality
Isothermal doors are manufactured to meet the highest quality standards and ensure reliable performance. Their superior components make them resistant to moisture and corrosion.
Available in Various Sizes and Shapes
Isothermal doors can be manufactured in any size or shape, whether it's a compact door for small spaces or a more significant mechanism for storage areas.
Long Service Life
Due to the high-quality materials used in their construction, isothermal doors are durable and reliable. They effectively withstand extreme temperatures and require minimal repairs or replacements over the years.
Thermal Insulation
Polyurethane, which has excellent thermal insulation properties, is isothermal doors' core material. This ensures temperature stability within the refrigerator or freezer.
Safety
Isothermal doors are designed with safety in mind. The mechanism prevents accidental closures or door jamming. Additionally, the materials used are fire-resistant, providing extra protection.
